All in stock items are posted via Canada Post generally within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Although there may be cases that are not under our control that may delay the shipping of your order. We will always try out best to send out items as soon as possible.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
 A: Sorry, No we don't. VelocityArms.ca/Torontoairsoft.com is an exclusive site designed to service the Canadian Airsoft Market only.

Q: I ordered the wrong item... . Do you offer returns?/refunds?
A: Due to the nature of many items all sales are final, purchase at your own risk.

Q: My item was received however it was broken during shipment. What next?
A: If the item was received broken, please notify us immediately. In this unfortunate scenario we also offer a strict 14 day (the day the package is received via Canada post is counted as day 1). For all items that are returned the customer is credited with equal value in store credit of the purchased item(s).

Q: How will my item be shipped?
A: Velocity Arms is a registered business with Canada Post, because of this we can offer all our customers expedited service.

Q: How long will it take for items to arrive to me?
A: We ship items everyday, all in stock items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment and/or age confirmation. After the item has been shipped the average delivery time via expedited service is 1-2 business days in Ontario/Quebec and 3-6 business days anywhere else in Canada
