Due to the nature of many of these products and online selling we can not provide refunds for wrongly ordered items. If the item was received broken, please notify us immediately. In this unfortunate scenario we also offer a strict 14 day (the day the package is received via Canada post is counted as day 1). For all items that are returned the customer is credited with equal value in store credit of the purchased item(s). Return shipping to our location of the product is to be covered by the Customer.
