F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions
Q) Why do your airsoft guns have clear bodies?
A) Canadian Import Law requires them to have clear bodies. Also note that NO orange tip is needed in Canada as that is an American Law.
Q) Where is Velocity Arms (TorontoAirsoft.com) located?
A) We are located in Uptown Toronto.
Q) Do you guys have a storefront?
A) No, we don't. We currently only have a private showroom that is open to Age Verified Members of Airsoft Canada. If you wish to come down and are over 18+ years of age. You may private message "Karnage" on the AirsoftCanada.com Forums and request an age verification meeting at our showroom.
Q) How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
A) As we do not operate Canada Post we can only inform you of the shipping date. We may only provide an estimate of when your goods will arrive. This waiting time is usually 2-5 business days as stated on the Canada Post shipping option during checkout.
Q) Where can I play Airsoft?
A) There are many fields across Canada that host Airsoft games. Your best option would be to contact your local paintball fields to ask them if they have airsoft games hosted at their fields. Another option would be to join the AirsoftCanada.com website forums and visit the events section.
Q) How old do I have to be to play/buy Airsoft?
A) You MUST be 18+ years of age to purchase any airsoft guns or parts. To play, it will depend on the field and host regulations. The general rule across Canada is 18+ years of age to play or 16+ years of age with adult supervision.
Q) I paid via EMT but my order says Cash on Delivery. Will I get charged again?
A) No, we use the COD built in option to process EMT orders. We actually do not offer a COD service.
Q) How do I see if my order has been shipped? What is my tracking number?
A) Log into your account and on the left side of your page you will see the "my orders" link. Enter that and you will then be presented with a list of your order(s). To view the details of each order simply click on the order number. If your item has been shipped, the status with will appear as "shipped" along with a link to Canada post's website with your tracking number.
